Returns and Refund Policy


It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are ordering the correct product(s) for their requirements. The product listings indicate the vendor product numbers so that customers may contact vendors if they require specific product information.
Refunds for return merchandise will be at the current price or the price at which it was purchased, whichever is lower, less the collection charge and a 25% restocking fee. If the original invoice was settled by credit card a charge of 2.64% shall be incurred for the costs covering credit card charges, collection charge will apply if the Company arranges a separate collection of the goods. Goods must be returned in original packaging with unused original manuals, proof of collection/return delivery must be obtained.

Cancellation / Refunds Policy

The following Refund Policies apply :
Policy A - Where a customer has cancelled an order before the goods have started the delivery journey - a full refund will be issued minus the credit card charge of 2.64% (credit card charge applies where the customer originally paid the invoice by credit card)
Policy B - Where a customer cancels an order and the goods have started the delivery process or received the goods - 25% restocking fee the charges within Policy A will be deduced from the original invoice value.
Policy C - Where a customer cancels and order after receipt of the goods and there is no fault found with the goods - a collection charge will apply together with the charges within Policy A & B.
